Delete your Itsappy Lab account
How to remove your account and what happens to your data.
Request deletion
Email itappy2026@gmail.com from the email address on the account, with the subject "Delete my Itsappy Lab account".
We confirm the request, delete the account, and reply to confirm — within 30 days, and usually within a few business days.
If you belong to a workspace run by your employer or team, its owner or admin can also remove you from More → Team in the app.
What is deleted, and what is kept

| Your password and sign-in sessions | Deleted immediately; you are signed out everywhere |
| Direct messages you sent, and files you uploaded to them | Deleted |
| Push notification tokens and device records | Deleted |
| Location you shared in a conversation | Deleted with the message that carried it |
| Messages you posted in shared channels, and tasks or projects you created | Kept for the rest of the workspace, since they are part of the team's shared record, and shown as posted by a removed member. Ask us in the same email if you want these removed too and we will delete them. |
| Technical logs containing your IP address | Expire automatically within 90 days |
Meetings and calls are never recorded, so there is no call media to delete.
Deleting a whole workspace
If you own a workspace and want it removed along with every message, task and file in it, say so in the email. We will confirm with you before doing it, because it cannot be undone and it affects everyone in the workspace.
